§ 34.15 CREATION OF FUND.
   There is hereby created and established as required by law the Village of Frankfort Police Pension Fund to be administered and operated in conformance with Article 3 of the Illinois Pension Code (Illinois Revised Statutes Ch. 108½ Par. 3-101 et. seq.) as from time to time amended.
