§ 134.02 PUBLIC INDECENCY.
   Any person of the age of 17 years or upward who performs any of the following acts in a public place commits a public indecency:
   (A)   An act of sexual penetration or sexual conduct as herein defined; or
   (B)   A lewd exposure of the body done with the intent to arouse or to satisfy sexual desire of the person.
