§ 34.01 STATE MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND; PARTICIPATION BY VILLAGE.
   The village does hereby elect to participate in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund, effective January 1, 1974, and the Police Pension Fund, adopted March, 1991.
