§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who commits an offense as established and defined in this chapter for which another penalty is not otherwise herein provided shall be subject to a minimum fine of not less than $50 and a maximum fine of not more than $750, unless otherwise specified herein.

   (B)   (1)   (a)   The penalty for violation of § 131.32(C) shall be a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750. In addition to said fine, the offender may be ordered by the court to pay restitution to the property owner for the costs of restoring the property to its state prior to the application of graffiti.
         (b)   The penalty for violation of § 131.32(D) shall be a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750 and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
         (c)   The penalty for violation of § 131.32(E) shall be a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750.
         (d)   The penalty for violation of § 131.33 shall be a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750.
         (e)   The penalty for violation of § 131.34 shall be a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750.
      (2)   Gang Member Penalties. Any person convicted of a violation of § 131.32(C), (D) or (E) who is found to have been a member of a gang or a candidate for membership in a gang at the time the offense was committed and who is found to have violated said subsection in conjunction with gang- related activities, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $750 in addition to other penalties provided in this section.
