§ 119.12 SALES OF TOBACCO REMOVED FROM MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale cigarettes or other forms of tobacco and/or alternative nicotine products that are not sealed and contained in the manufacturer’s packaging. Such packaging must include all required health warnings and a tax stamp verifying that the cigarettes have been legally taxed.
