§ 119.10 PURCHASE OR POSSESSION BY MINORS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person under 21 years of age to purchase any tobacco product and/or alternative nicotine product, or to misrepresent his or her age or identity for the purpose of purchasing any tobacco product.
