(A) Any business selling, offering for sale, or otherwise providing or giving away tobacco and/or alternative nicotine products in the village will be required to hold and maintain a valid Village of Frankfort Tobacco License, in addition to any other license(s) that may also be required.
(B) A separate license shall be required for each point of sale.
