Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense and shall be subject to revocation or suspension of the business license for that establishment as provided for in § 116.04. Each separate act which can constitute a violation of this chapter shall be deemed to be a separate act for the purpose of imposing a fine or penalty under this provision.
