(A) The Village Board of Trustees shall formulate such reasonable rules and regulations for Tag Days as it deems necessary for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this subchapter and controlling the conduct of any such tag day.
(B) Tag days shall be limited to the following:
(1) There shall be only one charitable organization tag day conducted on any given day.
(2) Tag days are governed by the Village Board. There shall be only 18 tag permits issued per calendar year. Applications must be submitted to the office of the Village President, or his or her designee.
