§ 115.11 SIGNS AT VILLAGE LIMITS.
   The Superintendent of Streets is directed to post and maintain appropriate signs at the limits of the village with the following language:
   “SOLICITORS, PEDDLERS AND CANVASSERS AND CONTRACTORS MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED AT THE FRANKFORT MUNICIPAL BUILDING”
