§ 115.06 LIMIT OF ONE LICENSE PER CALENDAR YEAR.
   Not more than one peddler’s, solicitor’s or canvasser’s license shall be issued to any person, or business entity during any calendar year. Any license issued under this subchapter shall be non transferable.
