§ 113.93 HEARINGS BEFORE LOCAL LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSIONER.
   Any hearing before the Local Liquor Control Commissioner is transcribed by a certified court or shorthand reporter. Any appeal of the decision of the Local Liquor Control Commissioner shall be based solely on the record from said hearing and not a de novo review of the case.
