§ 113.77 APPROVAL OR DENIAL OF APPLICATION.
   Subject to all applicable provisions of this chapter, the Local Liquor Control Commissioner shall review and approve or deny any application. If approved, a permit incorporating the terms of this subchapter will be issued to the licensee.
