§ 113.35 RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROPER OPERATION OF BUSINESS.
   The licensee and its associates, members, representatives, agents, officers and employees, shall at all times be personally responsible for the proper operation of the business, including compliance with the provisions of this chapter and the observation of all laws and regulations applicable thereto.
