(A) In addition to all other fines and penalties, the Local Liquor Control Commissioner may suspend or revoke the retail liquor dealer’s license for any violation of this chapter.
(B) The Local Liquor Control Commissioner may suspend for not more than 30 days (ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, § 4-4) or may revoke for cause, any license issued by him if he determines that the licensee has violated any of the provisions of “the Liquor Control Act of 1934,” ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, 1-1 et seq., as it now exists and may hereafter be amended or the provisions of this chapter or any rule or regulation established by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner or State Liquor Commissioner, which is not inconsistent with law, all in the manner and as provided in ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, § 7-5.
