§ 111.13 COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING AND ZONING REGULATIONS.
   No license shall be issued for the conduct of any business, occupation or activity if the premises and building to be used for such purpose do not fully comply with all applicable provisions of all other ordinances of the village, including the fire prevention, building and zoning regulations.
