The Village President may revoke or suspend any license issued hereunder if it shall appear to his satisfaction from the report of the License Enforcement Officer or any village officer making an inspection or investigation or from any other available information, that the licensee is violating any law or ordinance, or is operating in a manner not conductive to the public health, morals or safety.
