(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to engage in conduct or carry on a business or activity on a licensed premises without having first obtained a license for the following accessory amusement devices:
(1) Amusement devices, including but not limited to electronic games: $50 per device
(2) Pool tables: $25 per device
(B) The number of devices permitted shall be limited to one device per 1,000 square feet of establishment floor space. However, in no event shall there be more than six amusement devices or four pool tables per licensed premises. Games of chance that are apparently used for gambling purposes are prohibited.
