In all cases where licenses are to be obtained and ordinance compliance is met, such license shall originally be granted by the Village Board of Trustees and shall bear the seal of the village, the name and business address of the licensee, the nature or kind of business, occupation or activity licensed, the amount of fee paid, the license term and such other material information as is required. All licenses shall be subject to the provisions of that ordinance which may be in force at the time of the issuance thereof or which may subsequently be passed by the Village Board of Trustees.
