§ 111.04 LICENSE INVESTIGATOR; DUTIES.
   (A)   The Chief of Police of the village shall be designated and appointed license investigatory and shall report all investigations to the Village Board of Trustees.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the License Investigator to examine or cause to be examined all persons and places of business subject to license hereunder for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not such licenses should be issued.
