(A) If the timetable established for correction of code violations has expired without the correction as determined by the Code Enforcement Officer during a follow-up inspection, the respective business licensee shall be subject to the penalty in § 110.99.
(B) In addition, if compliance is not attained as mentioned above, the respective business license may be subject to suspension pending revocation as detailed in § 110.07.
