§ 110.03 LICENSE FEE STRUCTURE AND TERM.
   (A)   All annual licenses shall be valid for operative businesses only. The license year for the village shall commence on May 1 of each year and shall terminate on April 30 of the following year, where no provision to the contrary is made.
   (B)   Application fee for new business license to be set from time to time by the Board of Trustees. The application fee of $100 shall be established concurrently with passage of Ordinance 2698 on February 22, 2011.
   (C)   No license fee shall be due during the first term of an annual license, unless the first term is permitted for more than 12 months.
(NOTE:  For clarity purposes, the rates established by Ordinance 1502 passed March 20, 1995 for Class A through E licenses, are hereby re-stated and remain in effect and unchanged.)
   (D)   Class A. License fee to be set from time to time by the Board of Trustees and duration of one year.
   (E)   Class B. License fee to be set from time to time by the Board of Trustees and duration of one year.
   (F)   Class C. License fee to be set from time to time by the Board of Trustees and duration of one year.
   (G)   Class D. License fee to be set from time to time by the Board of Trustees. No more than three such licenses shall be issued to any business at any location, per calendar year. Upon written request the Village Board may waive the license fee for a business involved in a community function such as the Fall Festival, Business Expo, and the like.
   (H)   Class E. License fee to be set from time to time by the Board of Trustees and duration of one year.
   (I)   Class F. License fee of $500 and duration of one year.
   (J)   Class H. License fee of $15 or no fee with a valid state license and duration of one year.
   (K)   The required fee for each license shall be collected in full at the time the application for a license, or the renewal thereof, is filed with the village.
