§ 110.02 BUSINESS LICENSE CLASSIFICATIONS.
   There are seven types of business license classifications:
   (A)   Class A. Shall apply to food and food-related establishments that consist exclusively and/or partially of the following activities: restaurants, fast-food or convenience foods, grocery stores, or other similar retail or wholesale operations.
   (B)   Class B. Shall apply to all retail establishments, other than those referred to above as “A” licenses, which regularly invite the public into their establishments for the purpose of providing goods.
   (C)   Class C. Shall apply to all office establishments where no goods are transferred within said office.
   (D)   Class D. Shall apply to all temporary businesses of any type.
   (E)   Class E. Shall apply to all establishments that have as their primary business activity: Manufacturing and industrial activities, wholesale and warehouse activities, fabrication, processing, assembly, disassembly, and packaging.
   (F)   Class F. Shall apply to long-term care facilities, as provided for in Chapter 117.
   (G)   Class G. Reserved.
   (H)   Class H. Shall apply to all home businesses.
