§ 110.01 LICENSE PROGRAM INTENT; OPERATING BUSINESS WITHOUT A LICENSE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It is the intent of this chapter to require that all businesses in the village obtain a license to operate. The intent of the business license program is to provide the village with complete identifying information concerning businesses and their owners and the owners of the premises upon which the businesses are located in order to protect the business in case of emergency; and to protect the public and other businesses in case of complaints alleging village code violations.
   (B)   No person, firm, or corporation shall engage in any business activity in the village without having obtained a business license, as provided in this chapter.
