Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, any rule or regulation promulgated hereunder, the Fireworks Use Act or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder shall be subject to a lawsuit seeking an injunction and/or a fine of not less than $300 nor more than $1,000 per violation. Each day that such violation exists shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
