§ 99.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the definitions contained in the Fireworks Use Act (ILCS Ch. 425, Act 35, §§ 1 et seq.) and the Pyrotechnic and Consumer Display Permitting Rules (41 Ill. Adm. Code 235.10 et seq.) shall apply unless the context otherwise requires.
