(A) The maximum speed limit for operation of a snowmobile within the village is at a speed no greater than the minimum required to maintain forward movement of the snowmobile, considered to be less than 10 m.p.h.
(B) Operators of snowmobiles shall obey and abide by all traffic regulations prescribed for the operation of motor vehicles and shall be subject to the same penalties for violation thereof, except as otherwise provided herein.
