Snowmobiles may be operated within the village hereinabove provided only upon the snowmobile trails hereinafter designated and only between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Saturday, Sunday, holidays and school closings. No snowmobile may be operated within the village between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. on any day. This section shall not prohibit the operation of snowmobiles between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. in cases of emergency when the operator has specific authorization from the village, the Police Department, or the Fire Department.
