(A) No person, except persons permitted by law, shall operate or ride any off-road vehicle with any firearm in his possession unless it is unloaded and enclosed in a carrying case, or any bow unless it is unstrung in a carrying case.
(B) No person shall operate any off-road vehicle emitting pollutants in accordance with standards established pursuant to the Environmental Protection Act.
(C) No person shall deposit from an off-road vehicle on the snow, ice, or ground surface, trash, glass, garbage, insoluble material, or other offensive matter.
(D) No person shall use an off-road vehicle to take, pursue, chase, harass or disturb wildlife and other animals, including dogs and cats, within the village.
(E) No person except persons provided by law shall operate or ride an off-road vehicle on, upon or across any public street, alley, right of way, road, highway, parkway, sidewalk or other public property within the corporate limits of the Village of Frankfort.
