(A) No person under 14 years of age may operate an off-road vehicle.
(B) Persons at least 6 years of age and less than 14 years of age may operate an off-road vehicle within the village only if they are either accompanied on the vehicle by a parent or guardian or a person at least 18 years of age designated by the parent or guardian.
(C) Violations of this section done with the knowledge of a parent or guardian shall be deemed a violation by the parent or guardian and punishable under § 97.99.
