(A) The maximum speed limit for operation of an off-road vehicle within the village is ten miles per hour.
(B) Operators of off-road vehicles shall obey and abide by all regulations prescribed for the operation of motor vehicles and shall be subject to the same penalties for violation thereof, except as otherwise provided herein.
