Off-road vehicles may be operated within the village only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. each day of the week. No such vehicle may be operated within the village between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. on any day. This section shall not prohibit the operation of off-road vehicles between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. in cases of emergency when the operator has specific authorization from the village, the Police Department, or the Fire Department.
