§ 97.24 IDENTIFICATION NUMBER DISPLAY.
   The owner shall paint on or securely attach to both sides of the cowling of the off-road vehicle the identification number issued by the village which shall be of block characters at least three inches in height. The characters shall read from left to right, be of contrasting color to their background, and he maintained in a legible condition.
