§ 97.20 OPERATION OF UNREGISTERED AND UNNUMBERED OFF-ROAD VEHICLES IS PROHIBITED.
   Except as hereinafter provided, no person shall operate any off-road vehicle within the village unless such vehicle has been registered and numbered in accordance with this chapter.
