§ 32.069 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Board shall conduct itself and possess such rights, authority, powers, obligations and duties as may from time to time be granted it by law including as set forth in Article 10, Division 2.1 of the Illinois Municipal Code (ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 10-2.1-1 et seq.) as from time to time amended.
