§ 32.068 COMPENSATION OF SECRETARY AND MEMBERS OF BOARD.
   (A)   The compensation for the members of the Board shall be $30 for each meeting attended. Each member is allowed to be absent from two meetings during each fiscal year, for which compensation shall be paid.
   (B)   Compensation shall be payable semi-annually through the end of October and April of each fiscal year.
