§ 32.065 ANNUAL REPORT; BUDGET REQUEST.
   On or about January 30 of each year, the Board shall submit to the Village President a report of its activities commencing from the date of its last report, and of the rules in force and the practical effect thereof. In this report the Board may make suggestions which the Board believes would result in greater efficiency in the Police Department. In addition and concurrently the Board shall submit its annual budget request to operate and conduct the Board’s business for the following fiscal year to the Village President.
