§ 92.16 LIABILITY OF OWNER OF DOG, CAT OR OTHER ANIMAL ATTACKING OR INJURING PERSON OR ANIMAL.
   If a dog or other animal without provocation attacks or injures any person or animal who is peaceably conducting himself, herself or itself in any place where the person or animal may lawfully be, the owner of such dog or other animal is liable for damages, to such person, for the full amount of the injury sustained.
