§ 75.02 EXEMPTIONS.
   (A)   This chapter does not apply to emergency and/or police vehicles.
   (B)   It is a defense to a violation of § 75.01(C) that the driver used an engine braking system that emits excessive noise in an emergency to avoid a collision with a person or another vehicle on the highway.
