(A) Parking shall not be permitted along U.S. Route 45 (La Grange Road) from Nebraska Street to Laraway Road within the corporate limits of the Village of Frankfort.
(B) The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Frankfort will prohibit future parking at such locations on or immediately adjacent to the U.S. Route 45 improvements as may be determined and directed by the State of Illinois to be necessary to ensure the free flow of traffic and safety to the motoring public.
