(A) Parking shall not be permitted along U.S. Route 30 from Wolf Road to Illinois Route 43 (Harlem Avenue), and along Wolf Road from U.S. Route 30 to the Old Plank Road Trail Bike Path, within the corporate limits of the Village of Frankfort.
(B) The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Frankfort will prohibit future parking at such locations on or immediately adjacent to the U.S. Route 30 improvements as may be determined and directed by the State of Illinois to be necessary to ensure the free flow of traffic and safety to the motoring public.
