§ 72.04 PARKING AND STORAGE OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park any commercial vehicle, commercial trailer or utility trailer on any of the streets or alleys of the village for a period in excess of one hour between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. (prevailing local time). The Chief of Police may extend said period as deemed necessary to the public health, welfare or safety.
   (B)   A commercial vehicle is defined herein for purposes of this section as any vehicle other than a regular passenger motor vehicle manufactured or used, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes, the weight of which is in excess of 9,000 pounds.
   (C)   Commercial trailers or utility trailers are defined as any unpowered vehicle, which is designed to be drawn by another vehicle.
