The village shall post at locations wherever it deems appropriate in the respective districts, the following speed signs:
(A) Residence District: 25 MPH
(B) Urban District: 30 MPH
(C) Non-Urban District: 35 MPH
(D) All residential roadways within the Village of Frankfort shall be limited to a speed of 25 MPH and shall be posted with a 25 MPH speed limit sign with the following list of street exceptions:
