§ 31.01 MEETINGS.
   (A)   The village shall publish the schedule of regular meetings at the beginning of each calendar or fiscal year and shall state the regular dates, times, and places of such meetings. If not published otherwise, the first and third Monday of each month commencing at the hour of 7:00 p.m. is hereby designated as the regular time for the meetings of the Board of Trustees of the village. Said regular meetings referred to in this section shall be held in the designated Village Board room or other designated location.
   (B)   Special meetings. Special meetings may be called at any time by the President or two Trustee members upon giving not less than 48 hours notice, unless a bona fide emergency exists.
   (C)   In the event there shall be a quorum present at any regular or special meeting of the Board of Trustees, then the member or members present at said meeting may adjourn the meeting to a future date and fix the date and hour of said adjourned meeting. No notice of said adjourned meeting shall be necessary if such meeting is reconvened within 24 hours or if an announcement of the time and place of the reconvened meeting is made at the original meeting and there is no change in the agenda.
   (D)   All regular, special, and emergency meetings in the village shall be held in accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120/), as amended from time to time.
