§ 70.02 VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO CONDUCT STATUTORY SUMMARY SUSPENSION.
   The Village Attorney shall represent the interests of the village and conduct all statutory summary suspension/implied consent hearings pursuant to Section 2-118.1 when the underlying complaint or citation giving rise to the statutory summary suspension is charged as a local ordinance violation.
