(A) Any notice required to be sent to the village pursuant to this chapter shall be hand-delivered or sent via first class mail to the Village President, the Village Clerk, the Village Administrator and the Village Director of Public Works at the following address: Village of Frankfort Administration Building 432 W. Nebraska Street Frankfort, Illinois 60423.
(B) Any notice required to be sent to a utility pursuant to this chapter shall be hand-delivered or sent via first class mail to the contact person(s) and address(es) identified in the utility’s annual registration.
