§ 11.01 OFFICIAL MAP ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   The map for the village is hereby adopted by reference thereto and incorporated herein and shall be designated as the official map of the village, which said map shall consist of the whole area included within the official Comprehensive Plan of the village and all of the contiguous unincorporated area within 1½ miles from the corporate limits of the village.
   (B)   All ordinances previously adopted and from time to time amended by the corporate authorities of the village which relate to among other things size of streets, alleys, public ways, parks, playgrounds, school sites and other public grounds, and ways for public service facilities; and the kind and quality of maintenance which shall be used in construction of the streets and alleys; and the kind and quality of materials as public facilities as may be consistent with the industry standards and standards for drainage of sanitary sewers and treatment of sewage, including but not limited to those portions of the following ordinances which specifically relate to the aforementioned provisions are hereby incorporated herein:
      (1)   Standard details; grading, drainage, streets, utilities, see Ordinance 523 and its amendments.
      (2)   Adoption of codes, see Ordinance 541 and its amendments.
      (3)   Official zoning ordinance, see Chapter 156.
      (4)   General development plan, see Ordinance 920 and its amendments.
      (5)   Land subdivision regulations, see Chapter 155.
      (6)   Flood plain ordinance, see Chapter 152.
   (C)   The official map of the village or true and exact copies thereof shall be placed on file with the Clerk of the village and shall be available at all times during business hours for public inspection.
