§ 122.99 PENALTY.
   Any person that violates any provision of this chapter, any rule or regulation promulgated hereunder, shall be subject to a lawsuit seeking an injunction and/or a fine of not less than $650 or more than $750 per violation. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during and on which a violation occurs or continues.
