§ 122.03 EXEMPTIONS.
   Nothing in this chapter is intended to prohibit cannabis business establishments that are registered medical cannabis cultivation centers or medical cannabis dispensing organizations as defined in and authorized by the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act, 410 ILCS 130/1 et seq., and cultivate and/or distribute only medical cannabis as authorized by that Act.
