§ 152.082 CARRYING CAPACITY AND NOTIFICATION.
   For all projects involving channel modification, fill or stream maintenance (including levees), the flood-carrying capacity of the watercourse shall be maintained. In addition, the village shall notify adjacent communities and the State Coordinating Office in writing 30 days prior to the issuance of a permit for the alteration or relocation of the watercourse.
